At Beauty Bazar Lahore, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund terms before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase or your order number may be required to process your request.
Clothing Items
Clothing may be returned if it is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, certain personal-wear items such as undergarments and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Skincare & Beauty Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.
A skincare or beauty product may only be considered for return if it is:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrectly supplied by us
- Different from the product ordered
Please do not remove seals or open the packaging if you intend to request a return.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photographs, and/or video evidence of the issue.
Once verified, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale, clearance, promotional, and specially discounted products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Online Payment Only
Beauty Bazar Lahore accepts online payments only.
We do not provide cash refunds.
If your return is approved, the refund will normally be issued through the same payment method used for the original order, where supported.
Please note that payment providers or banks may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment service provider.
Shipping Charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error from Beauty Bazar Lahore, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by us.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will be handled according to our return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns involving used or damaged products, opened skincare products, products without original packaging or tags, intimate apparel, customized items, or items that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, eligible clothing products may be exchanged for another size or item.
Any price difference and applicable delivery charges may need to be paid before the replacement is dispatched.
Skincare and beauty products are not exchangeable once opened or used.
